Elsa Tomkowiak’s work unfolds in close dialogue with the spaces she occupies. At the intersection of painting and sculpture, she creates immersive installations in bold, saturated colours, conceived as volumes to be traversed, offering an experience that is both spatial and sensory.

At the art centre, between verticality and horizontality, partitions in flamboyant colours unfold across the space. Suspended, they intersect as a symbol of encounter, redrawing the geometry of the venue. As visitors wander through, the colours come to life, blend together and transform, evoking a sense of time in motion.
